Summary: We stayed two evenings. Comfortable place with a nice restaurant and friendly staff. The hotel has a beautiful setting on the lake. We really enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion….. Our room needed better lighting in the bathroom.

Summary: Good location, could do with fans or air conditioning in the rooms during hot weather also could do with dealing with the flies in the restaurant area during hot weather. Other than that the room was clean and the food was good

Summary: The hotel and restaurant, and all of their staff, are amazing! My family really enjoyed our stay there, and the view across the lake and up into the mountains is absolutely breathtaking.

Summary: Super friendly service from when we set foot on the property. Had some dinner (delicious) and the room was cute and clean. Beds were comfortable. Good shower pressure.

Summary: The nicest staff in the whole country, if not the world! They are so friendly (even to us silly Americans :) ) and helpful. Really glad we stayed here. The room was comfortable and the view was incredible. It is conveniently located too.

Summary: We were in the hotel in 2 rooms - one family and one double. The double room, on the ground floor, without a mosquito net, flies kept coming in and the hotel had no response at all to the issue and we really suffered. There was a lot of noise in the attic, one of the 2 sinks didn't work and there was a terrible smell of sewage all the time in the room - they had no answer for that either. The family room is on the roof of the building and was very hot. They gave us a light which helped but not very much. Beyond the fact that they are nice in terms of service, most of the time they had no answer, and the service was very, very slow. Beyond all this - the hotel is located in a very good, beautiful area, in front of a lake. The food in the restaurant in the evening was excellent, although - as in all Switzerland - expensive. In conclusion - the hotel is in a beautiful area but not sure that it is worth everything we went through.
